F1: George Russell wins the Sprint Race of the Brazilian GP | Video
English George Russellof Mercedes-AMGtook sprint race of Brazilian Grand Prix and will start in the first position of this Sunday's race in São Paulo. The Mexican Sergio Perez finished in fifth position, but will start fourth this Sunday after a penalty to Carlos Sainz.

This season only three sprint races were scheduled, the first was in the Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix, then at the Austrian GP and finally at the Brazilian circuit of Interlagos. The final position of the drivers in the sprint qualifies them for their place on the grid this Sunday in São Paulo.
Russell was the fastest this Saturday, the Spanish Carlos Sainz, of Ferrari, finished second, third finished the English Lewis HamiltonMercedes AMG, Dutch Max Verstappenof Red Bull Racing, finished fourth and the 'Top 5' the mexican closed it Czech PerezVerstappen's partner.
Perez Mendoza managed to extend his lead over the Ferrari driver, Charles Leclerc, for the Formula 1 world runner-up. After the sprint, the Mexican adds 284 units and the Monegasque 278.
This Sunday's race in São Paulo will start at 12:00 noon Central Mexico time.
