excess of flannels and urban disorder

Neighbors of the Azcapotzalco mayor's office denounced this weekend that the mayor's office headed by Margarita Saldaña is covering up the flanneleros who have taken over different streets in the mayor's office, mainly in the vicinity of the La Raza hospital.
Motorists complain that these characters “remove” places on public roads, and that they allow cars to park in places where leaving parked vehicles is expressly prohibited.
