Euro Germany 2024: Kosovo vs. qualifying match suspended Israel
The qualification match for the Euro Cup Germany 2024 between Kosovo and Israel, scheduled for next Sunday, has been suspended at not authorize the Israeli government to move its team abroad due to the war conflict, announced this Thursday the UEFA.
The new date of the match, which was to be played in Pristina, the Kosovo capital, will be announced “in due course,” according to UEFA. The Israeli National Team occupies third place in Group I with six days played, one point away Romania and three from the leader, Swiss.
Israel lives since last Saturday in war situation after the incursion from Gaza of Hamas militiamen heavily armed men who attacked several towns near the strip.
So far they have been counted 1,300 dead in Israeli territory, according to medical sources cited this Thursday by the local press. The number of injured people hospitalized in the country is 3,268.
The bombings by the Israeli Armed Forces have caused in Gaza at least 1,200 dead and 5,700 injured of different considerations, reported the local Ministry of Health.
