At first, the charismatic Boris, a cross with Shar Pei, was temporarily cared for by the district board while they searched through social networks for someone who could take care of him.
The employees there immediately took a liking to the dog and found the perfect solution to the situation: offer the dog an official contract.
In a peculiar contract, Boris signed with his front paw print. By giving him a legal contract, the board employees guaranteed his stay in place, even if a change of administration came.
We baptized him Boris Baguim and made him a contract. There will be elections in two years and then there will be others and Boris will stay like this for life," the secretary justified.
The official said that with the hiring of the Boris dog they hope to encourage the adoption of animals.
