According to government sources, the term for the presidential candidates to carry out an electoral campaign was extended to 36 days. In addition, the date of the first electoral simulation was also modified, to be held next Saturday, July 29.

The electoral variations were adopted after the certification of the Electoral Contentious Tribunal (TCE) that there are no pending appeals to be resolved and that the eight pairs are in a position to advance in their campaigns.

Regarding the candidacies for national and provincial assembly members, the electoral campaign calendar is maintained from August 8 to 17.

In addition, the electoral authorities of the South American country approved the so-called Electoral Promotion Fund for the dignity of President and Vice President. The fixed amount is 309,243.38 dollars for each qualified list.

Interesting fact that the candidates registered in alliance have an additional value as an incentive.
