Death toll from train crash in Greece rises to 57 | News
The head of the Forensic Service of the city of Larisa, Rubini Leontari, reported this Thursday that there are already 57 deaths after the train crash in Tempe, Greece.

According to Leontari, this Thursday the morgue received 14 bodies rescued from the crash zone, most of them charred.
Similarly, the member of the Hellenic Parliament, Konstantinos Bogdanos, highlighted on his Twitter account that there are still 56 missing.

On the other hand, 57 people continue to be hospitalized, six of them in intensive care.
Similarly, the Greek government spokesman, Yannis Ikonomu, revealed that so far only nine bodies had been identified.
Ikonomu also acknowledged that in the section where the impact occurred, the safety systems of the railways were not working.
On this day, nearly 1,000 people gathered in Athens, the capital of Greece, to protest in front of the Hellenic Train offices.
