CMLL wrestlers stood out in their participation in the NJPW “Lonestar Shootout” event that took place this Friday, November 10 at the Curtis Culwell Center in Dallas, Texas, USA.
Atlantis, Tiger Mask and Máscara Dorada defeated Último Guerrero, Rocky Romero and Hechicero in a one-fall battle with a 20-minute limit.
The gladiators did their best to leave the audience stunned. Only 13 minutes and 41 seconds were enough for “The Young Sensation” Golden Mask to defeat Hechicero with a lethal “Shooting Star.”
In the Hand in Hand between TJP and Mystical 1 fall with a limit of 30 minutes, “The white-eyed seminarian” applied his signature key “the Mystic” to defeat his opponent at 11 minutes and 45 seconds.
Stephanie Vaquer gave her all, but Mayu Iwatani retained the IWGP Women's Championship in the 1-fall semifinal match with a 60-minute limit.
