On October 3, the capital's Prosecutor's Office, headed by Ernestina Godoy, obtained arrest warrants against two police officers from the Secretariat of Citizen Security, Freddy “N” and René “N”, who would be involved in the feminicide of Montserrat Juárez.

According to the timeline presented on October 3, by the spokesperson for the Prosecutor's Office, Ulises Lara, Fredy “N” was the one who contacted a supposed doctor, and the latter was the one who presented a death certificate for Montserrat Juárez “due to natural causes”

In addition, Freddy “N” was in charge of showing the funeral home staff his cell phone with the indicated document.

According to the autopsy carried out later on Monserrat's body The cause of his death was “multiple trauma.”
