CDMX police officer implicated in femicide of Montserrat Juárez falls in NL
Investigative Police Detectives Attorney General's Office of Mexico Citythey arrested in the state of Nuevo León the Police Freddy “N”for his probable participation in the commission of the crime of delay of justice, in which feminicide of Montserrat Juárez Gómezreported the capital's Prosecutor's Office.
This arrest is the result of following up on the investigation into possible irregularities that occurred after the feminicide of the 25-year-old young woman, found dead in an apartment in the Miguel Hidalgo mayor's officeon September 22.
On October 3, the capital's Prosecutor's Office, headed by Ernestina Godoy, obtained arrest warrants against two police officers from the Secretariat of Citizen Security, Freddy “N” and René “N”, who would be involved in the feminicide of Montserrat Juárez.

According to the timeline presented on October 3, by the spokesperson for the Prosecutor's Office, Ulises Lara, Fredy “N” was the one who contacted a supposed doctor, and the latter was the one who presented a death certificate for Montserrat Juárez “due to natural causes”
In addition, Freddy “N” was in charge of showing the funeral home staff his cell phone with the indicated document.
According to the autopsy carried out later on Monserrat's body The cause of his death was “multiple trauma.”
