Carlos Romero Deschamps, controversial oil leader, dies
Mexico.- It has been announced that, on the night of Thursday, October 19 to Friday, October 20, Carlos Romero Deschamps, who was leader of the powerful Petroleum Workers Union of the Mexican Republic (STPRM) for 26 years, died.
