Saúl Canelo Álvarez continues without being seen fighting with the UFC welterweight champion, Kamaru Usmanin the short term, if at all.

In the ring there is no glimpse of a fight, however, in social networks follows the discussion between Usman and Canelowho now ordered him to sit down.

The argument began when The Nigerian Nightmare’s manager, Ali Abdelaziz, called the Mexican boxer “chicken” for not accepting the fight.

“Canelo is an absolute chicken, he is fighting guys with 5000 followers on Instagram, these guys will never do anything for his legacy. Now I understand why she doesn’t want to lose to someone like Usman. This is chicken style, no risk, no reward,” Ali said.

“Canelo”, of course, was not silent and responded to the manager on Twitter: “Who the hell is this?”

Kamaru Usman intervened in the discussion and told them to calm down because someone could get injured, to which Canelo replied: “Okay, although it won’t be me.”

Usman returned to the attack this Wednesday afternoon and wrote a challenging message on Twitter: “In the cage or the ring, I am willing to find out between the two of us. And you?”.

It was at this moment that Canelo Álvarez ordered the Nigerian to sit down: “You’re yelling at me, right? You want payday, right? So you know where to look for me, but sit down because it’s not your turn yet, I have a legacy to make.

Canelo’s response leaves the door open for the fight between the two, but the reigning IBF, WBA, WBC, WBO and The Ring super middleweight champion isn’t as keen on the idea as Usman is.

Usman has been campaigning for a fight with the No. 1 pound-for-pound fighter in recent months, but has not received the support of UFC president Dana White.
