Buckingham Palace workers say goodbye to Queen Elizabeth II | Video
During the path that the coffin of the late Queen Elizabeth II traveled this Monday to Windsor Castle, where she will be buried, thousands of people lined up on both sides of the street to bid her farewell for the last time.
The funeral procession, which passed through several key points in the British capital, also arrived at Buckingham Palace. Among the people waiting for the queen, the workers of the palace joined, who came out to pay their respects as the car passed.
Dressed in black and lined up, Buckingham Palace workers they waited for the vehicle carrying the queen to pass to the Palace of Westminster where the burial ceremony will take place in St. George’s Chapel.
A smaller congregation will be held in St. George’s Chapel, where the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, will give a blessing. Queen Elizabeth II will be buried in the same chapel where her husband, the late Prince Philip of Edinburgh, is buried.
