El Gobierno boliviano inform贸 este lunes que culmina la emergencia sanitaria y pasa a la alerta epidemiol贸gica por Covid-19 mientras se mantiene el uso obligatorio de la mascarilla en centros de salud.

鈥淕racias a acciones concretas contra la Covid-19, como el diagn贸stico y vacunaci贸n masiva, el equipamiento de hospitales, la unidad y solidaridad de todas y todos, hoy Bolivia deja atr谩s la Emergencia Sanitaria Internacional e ingresa a una Alerta Epidemiol贸gica Nacional鈥, dio a conocer el mandatario.

A su vez, Arce asegur贸 que los bolivianos 鈥渆stamos m谩s unidos que nunca鈥 mientras destac贸 que la unidad 鈥渘os permiti贸 dejar la Emergencia Sanitaria y ahora nos mantenemos alertas. Lo que ayer parec铆a imposible, hoy es una realidad鈥.



No obstante, el jefe de Estado apunt贸 que continuar谩n aplic谩ndose de manera obligatoria las medidas de bioseguridad en establecimientos de salud y recomend贸 el uso de la mascarilla en espacios cerrados, as铆 como el lavado y desinfecci贸n de manos como prevenci贸n.

Asimismo, destac贸 que proseguir谩 la vigilancia epidemiol贸gica, el diagn贸stico oportuno, el avance de la vacunaci贸n de la poblaci贸n contra Covid-19 en todos los grupos etarios y el mantenimiento de la Alerta Sanitaria en la Red de Servicios de Salud.

En este sentido, la ministra de Salud y Deportes de Bolivia, Mar铆a Ren茅e Castro, precis贸 que como parte de la alerta epidemiol贸gica nacional se incluyen catorce recomendaciones para evitar los contagios.

De igual forma, fue emitida una resoluci贸n conjunta entre los Ministerios de Salud y de Educaci贸n para establecer el protocolo de bioseguridad en pos de evitar el avance de enfermedades respiratorias.

De acuerdo con las fuentes oficiales, la naci贸n suramericana contabiliza 22.399 fallecidos y 1.202.450 casos de Covid-19 desde que fueron detectados los primeros positivos en marzo del 2020.
