Aumenta a 43.556 cifra de muertos por terremotos en Türkiye | Noticias
El ministro del Interior de Türkiye, Süleyman Soylu, informó este miércoles que aumentó a 43.556 la cifra de muertos por los terrimotos registrados el pasado 6 de febrero en el país.

En declaraciones a un medio local, el ministro indicó que lo ocurrido "solo puede ser superado con gran unidad y solidaridad. De esta saldremos más fuertes".
Además, indicó que hasta el momento han ocurrido más de 7.900 réplicas del movimiento telúrico. Soylu también lo calificó como "uno de los terremotos más grandes del mundo".
Entre las 11 provincias afectadas por el terremoto están Kahramanmaraş, Gaziantep, Şanlıurfa, Diyarbakır, Adana, Adıyaman, Osmaniye, Hatay, Kilis, Malatya y Elazığ.
Por su parte, la Autoridad de Gestión de Desastres y Emergencias (AFAD) indicó, en la víspera, que continúan de forma ininterrumpida con el envío de tiendas de campañas en las localidades afectadas.
Al respecto, el ministro Soylu precisó que unas 313.000 tiendas de campaña han sido instaladas, siendo la provincia de Hatay donde se encuentra la mayoría.
