Aracely Arámbula's lawyer shows that Luis Miguel has not paid child support for 4 years

Mexico.-Aracely Arámbula, on more than one occasion, had already made it clear that Luis Miguel is a food debtor, since he has not paid support for his children and for almost 4 years.

After Aracely Arámbula - 48 years old - gave these statements, an ex of Luis Miguel came out to defend him and the CDMX non-alimony debtor certificate was even published.

But after the latest statements it became clear that not everything is as they paint it, since Aracely Arámbula's lawyer pointed out that Luis Miguel - 53 years old - continues to be a debtor and with firm arguments.

Although it was believed that the million-dollar tour that Luis Miguel is having would be enough for him to pay support to his children, it was proven that it was not.

Even though Luis Miguel's ex tried to defend him with some arguments and anonymously shared a certificate of non-alimony debtor issued by CDMX, that is not the whole truth.

In an interview, lawyer Guillermo Pous - whose age is unknown - who is Aracely Arámbula's legal representative, explained why Luis Miguel is a food debtor.

In a conversation with Raúl Brindis - 60 years old -, Pous pointed out that Aracely Arámbula has not legally issued a demand for the support that Luis Miguel owes her for her two children.

Pointing out that for this reason Luis Miguel does not appear in the CDMX registry of food debtors, which was issued at the anonymous request of someone.

In Sale el Sol, they argued that Aracely Arámbula has not yet filed a lawsuit for support for her children, because “she is gathering documents” to do so legally.

Pous wanted to make it clear that Luis Miguel last provided support in December 2019, so he would owe 4 years of support to his children.

Aracely Arámbula's lawyer explained that Luis Miguel does owe a pension - four years - but doesn't he earn a lot of money from his concerts?

It was believed that Luis Miguel's tour would be enough for him to pay child support, but it has nothing to do with it, said Aracely Arámbula's lawyer.

Rumors suggest that Luis Miguel charges -approximately- more than 18 million pesos per concert. However, his income has nothing to do with the support of his children.

Aracely Arámbula's lawyer pointed out that support depends on the needs of the two minors, but not on what Luis Miguel earns as a worker.

On the other hand, he did not want to reveal how much money Luis Miguel owes for almost 4 years of not giving anything to his children.

Likewise, he made it clear that if Luis Miguel and Aracely Arámbula's children come of age and he continues not to provide support, he would still have the obligation to do so, but only for the sum from 2019 until the date they turn 18.
