The National Police has arrested a minor for spreading images of a couple, also a minor, having sexual relations and which he had recorded through a lock. As reported by the Headquarters in a press release, the Technological Crimes (Cybercrime) and Economic Crime Group of the National Police in Palma, received a complaint in which a minor reported that she had learned, from some friends, that A video of her was being broadcast in which she was seen having sexual relations with her boyfriend.

The images were obtained when they were at a private party, at a friend's house, and was recorded through the keyhole of the bedroom door. Her minor received numerous calls with a private number in which they mocked her for having viewed her video. From here, the agents began to carry out the first inquiries to put what the victim reported into context. Thus, they took statements from numerous witnesses, all of them minors.

The minors reported that they were aware of the recording from the alleged author, who they reproached for his action and asked him to delete it. The video, far from being deleted, was spread on a messaging network instant, with the particularity of single-use visualization.

Once all the statements were obtained, everything pointed in the same direction. The minor was arrested last Wednesday accused of a crime of discovery and disclosure of secrets. The agents intercepted the mobile terminal and the boy was released and handed over to his parents. The proceedings have been sent to the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office.
