"They were two very small 4 by 4 rooms, where there were 19 children. The conditions are not the healthiest," he indicated.
Without specifying exact figures, he mentioned that some minors were handed over to their parents at the scene. and others placed at the disposal of the Minors' Attorney's Office.
Besides, He highlighted that there are several social factors that contribute to parents going to this type of daycare.
"There are many social factors, such as the lack of spaces in daycare centers, the prices offered by these types of irregular places and the lack of family members to take care of the minors."
